One-Time Warehouse Cleaning is the one-time division of Georgia Facility Services, an Alpharetta-based commercial cleaning contractor working across Georgia. We perform the tasks a nightly regular janitorial crew is never scoped for: scrubbing the whole floors, clearing the racking, taking the dust off the joists and getting the docks back to standard.
Fast, reliable and proactive
Every building is different, so every job starts with a walkthrough. We measure, note floor type and condition, ceiling height, lift access and what stays loaded, and then put a fixed price and a clear scope on paper before any work begins.
- Work orders for one-time projects. A single deep clean runs on a simple work order with a line-item scope.
- Contracts for larger jobs. When a project is large or multi-phase, we can set it up under a contract instead.
- Scheduled around your operation. Nights and weekends, with a supervisor on site the whole shift.
- Signed off by your team. Your onsite contact walks the building with us and confirms the work is complete before the invoice goes out.
Insured, trained and accountable
Our crews are OSHA-trained and we are BBB A+ accredited. We carry general liability, commercial auto and workers’ compensation, and we issue a certificate of insurance naming your entity as additional insured before the crew arrives.

Where we work
Crews run out of Alpharetta and cover metro Atlanta, including Atlanta, Norcross, Lawrenceville, Kennesaw, McDonough and Fairburn, and the industrial corridors along I-85, I-20 and I-75. Larger one-time projects in Savannah, Augusta, Athens and Columbus are quoted case by case.
