Most warehouses have a nightly janitorial crew for restrooms, break rooms and the front office. Almost none have anyone scoped to scrub the floors in the entire warehouse space, clear a season of shrink wrap out of the racking or take the dust off the joists. A warehouse deep clean covers the work the recurring crew never touches: every zone of the building, top to bottom, booked as a single job. It is the core of our one-time warehouse cleaning service.
What a warehouse deep clean covers
- Floors. Machine sweep and auto-scrub across open floor, aisles and the dock apron, with degreaser through forklift lanes. More on floor scrubbing
- Overhead. Joists, beams, conduit, sprinkler lines and light fixtures cleaned from a lift using HEPA vacuums. More on high dusting
- Racking and storage. Uprights, beams and wire decking wiped down, with debris pulled out of the bays.
- Docks and staging. Levelers, pits, bumpers, tracks and door seals cleaned out.
- Offices and welfare areas. Front office, dispatch, break rooms and restrooms detailed.
- Debris removal. Pallets, cardboard and wrap collected, separated for recycling where a stream exists, and hauled off.
Every quote is a line-item scope sheet. Take all six areas or only the ones that matter. Most buildings do not need everything, and we will tell you which ones yours can skip.
When buildings book a deep clean
Post-construction turnover before the racking goes in. A lease move-out or move-in. An AIB, SQF, customer or insurer audit. The end of a peak season, or before a sale or refinance, when dirty floors reads as deferred maintenance.
How the job runs
- Walkthrough. On site or by video. We measure and note floor type and condition, ceiling height, lift access and what stays loaded.
- Fixed quote on a work order. A line-item scope, a crew size, a date and a price. Larger projects can be set up under a contract.
- The clean. Scheduled off-hours around your operation, with a supervisor on site the whole shift.
- Sign-off, then invoice. Your onsite contact walks the building with us and confirms the work is complete before the invoice goes out.
