A general contractor’s final clean gets the building handed over. It rarely gets it ready to operate. Post-construction is the clean people underestimate most, because the dust keeps settling after everyone thinks the job is done.
What we deal with after construction
- Drywall and concrete dust on the floors, the overhead steel and every ledge
- Sealant and paint overspray that does not come off with a scrubber alone
- Sticker and film residue on windows, doors and fixtures
- Construction debris in dock pits, door tracks and corners
- Offices, restrooms and break rooms detailed before staff move in
Before the racking goes in
The best time to clean a new building is before the racking is installed and before product arrives, when the whole floor is open. If racking is already going in, we can work around it, and we will tell you at the walkthrough what that changes.
Working alongside the build
We work to your site rules and the general contractor’s schedule, sign in the way you require and stay clear of trades still on site. Where dust will keep settling, we plan a final touch-up so the building is clean on the day it opens.
How the job runs
- Walkthrough. On site or by video. We measure and note floor type and condition, ceiling height, lift access and what stays loaded.
- Fixed quote on a work order. A line-item scope, a crew size, a date and a price. Larger projects can be set up under a contract.
- The clean. Scheduled off-hours around your operation, with a supervisor on site the whole shift.
- Sign-off, then invoice. Your onsite contact walks the building with us and confirms the work is complete before the invoice goes out.
